Billy Blue's for Cisco Unified CallManager Express
The Cisco CuCME package now includes Billy Blue's.
Compared to Billy, this is an enterprise level product which can gather CDRs from many Cisco gateways at the same time and provide advanced analysis. It has almost the same features of Billy Blue's for CallManager.
Upgrading from Billy to Billy Blue'sBilly to Billy Blue's are different products. You need a new license for Billy Blue's. If you had Billy you can buy an upgrade version at reduced price. You'll have to update your maintenance contracts too. If you have a Gold Imagicle Care agreement the upgrade is free.
Both Billy and Billy Blue's are included in the 3.5.x package. If you install the package on an existing installation, you get both products side by side so that you can evaluate the new one for 15 days. Billy will continue to work.
A tool to import old calls data from Billy to Billy Blue's is provided.
User's management
- The "import users form CSV" has been improved and now supports thousands of users without timing out; detailed activity reporting has been added.
StoneFax
- New Voip engine, supporting both SIP and h323. Improved performance supporting thousands of faxes per day. G.711 passthrough for extended compatibility.
On fresh installations the new SIP engine is the default. But if you install the package on an existing installation, you'll have to enable the new engine explicitly.
- StoneFax Email To Fax mode is now compatibile with all versions of Adobe Reader
- StoneFax Cluster services now implement load balancing both on incoming and outgoing faxes
- Added routing based on the caller. This powerful feature allow users to send faxes using their site resources and lines, perfectly fitting the centralized fax management needs in distributed UC environments.
- Added the ability to bind specific protocol, interface and port.
Billy Blue's
- Support for installations where you have CuCm in the main office and some branch office which has it's local CuCme, still not connected to the main telephony infrastructure. Billy Blue's can mix the call data and provide consistent reports.

- Extensions structure is now ten levels deep
- New license cut for 64 extensions
- CRD redundancy file (bremotoXXXX.txt) generation can be deactivated when not needed

- The maximum size of the CDR archive file (storicoXXX.txt) can now be limited
Speedy
- Directory Lookup now supports incoming calls form a third party PBX cascaded with a Cisco PBX
- Fix: On slow virtual machines Speedy services failed to start
- Improved performance on the IP service to support thousand of users for Directory lookup and click to dial
- Fix: SpeedySrv.exe high cpu usage on installations with a high number of users
- Extended support to new Cisco Voip telephone models
- Minor fixes in Active Directory contacts lookup
SSAM
- Fix: You could not use a personal pin beginning with 0
- Fix: Sometimes you could not change your personal welcome message through the phone
Queue Manager Express
- CHANGE: From this release on, Queue Manager for CallManager Express is compatible with IOS versions 12.4(22)T and later, and it is not compatible with IOS versions prior to 12.3(14)T anymore
