General

  • New: Restyling of web interface

Billy Blue’s

  • New: Added three important reports related to traffic analysis: traffic density analysis (Erlang), Busy channels and Rejected calls for congestion
  • New: Personal reports can now be sent to multiple recipients; calls will be filtered based on the destination user.
  • New: Massive sending of a single report to a group of user (grouped by department, cost center or company).
  • New: (CuCm only) Calls in the database now contain the “Termination cause”
  • Improved: HTTPS compatibility
  • Improved: Compatibility with Imagicle QME calls documentation.
  • Improved: Call acquisition now uses less memory
  • Fix: Alarms report now shows costs correctly formatted with currency
  • Fix: Tariff editor had a problem when the same tariff was shared between multiple sites
  • Fix: Removed a false alarm in the status page that indicated missing calls for the main SITE

Queue Manager Enterprise

  • New: Now you can setup a wrap-up time for each queue, which begins when a call ends. During this time the agent will be put on pause automatically
  • New: Added pause feature. An agent can decide to enter or exit from a pause state. Agents status can be: Ready, in Pause and Logged off
  • New: Added real time statistics for supervisors to overview pause, ready and log off states
  • New: Added Pull call distribution algorithm
  • New: Agent status web page can display agents grouped by queue
  • New: Pause start/end commands available from Agent status web page
  • New: Added detailed Agent Activity report

Blues CTI Server / Attendant server

  • New: Added Presence service compatible with Cisco CUPS and other SIP presence servers.

Attendant Console

  • New: Imagicle Attendant Console can now display rich presence status.
  • New: You can now edit and display notes associated to internal users.
  • New: The agents now can go in Pause
  • Fix: resolved some phone status discrepancy
  • Fix: real-time statistics sometimes showed wrong Busy/In-conversation agent number

StoneFax

  • New: Added field TSID and CSID to notifications email template
  • Improved: Better quality in Tiff to PDF conversion for incoming fax
  • Improved: Fax cover pages and messages customization are now included in backups
  • Improved: new version of virtual serial port driver to improve stability
  • Fix: solved receiving error for users with privilege level 6

Speedy

  • New: Support for Cisco CuCM 9.1 AXL schema
  • Improved: web page search is now more powerful
  • Improved: Added export to CSV support for non-occidental characters
