In SAS 2011 Queue Manager for CallManager has been replaced by Queue Manager Enterprise, a brand new ACD application with integrated IVR and advanced call distribution algorithms. QME requires a new license. Upgrade licenses can be purchased at reduced price.
SAS 2011 also includes Blue's CTI Server, which is the server-side component for Imagicle Attendant Console.
There is a new prerequisites package which can be downloaded from the web site from the same page where you download the installation package.
Speedy has been rewritten and improved, although old licenses remain valid.

- Change: The log files are now generated in the \Var\Log folder

Speedy has been rewritten from scratch. It now offers:

- Fix: The "two levels menu" script did not handle the "busy" and "no answer" state as expected
Billy Blue's
This version adds a Home page featuring:
- Real time list of imported calls
- Real time reports with monthly cost, answering time and discarded calls
- Panel showing the last personal and public reports that have been executed
- For the administrators, system warnings and auto-diagnostics
- New: You can now set a maximum size for call history files editing bluesrec.ini. The files are automatically split when the size is exceeded.
- New: You can disable the generation of the secondary data file editing bluesrec.ini.
- New: added drop down menu to quickly change the report
